Who we are

Lydia Solutions LLC is a Nevada limited liability company based in Reno, NV. References to "we," "us," or "Lydia" in this policy mean Lydia Solutions LLC. You can reach us at demo@lydia-solutions.com.

What we collect

This site has two surfaces: a static marketing site (the pages you're reading) and an open demo at /demo that lets you browse pre-built parcel dossiers and optionally request a live lookup. We collect different things in each.

Marketing pages

• Server access logs — IP address, timestamp, URL requested, user-agent string, and HTTP status. Standard web-server logs; we use them for security review and to debug outages. The web edge rotates logs automatically and keeps roughly the most recent 500 MB on disk.
• No cookies on the marketing pages. No tracking pixels. No analytics scripts. No ad networks.

The demo

The demo is open — there is no signup, no email gate, no account. When you use it, we may collect:

• Server access logs as above.
• Search terms and APN / county queries you type into the demo. These are sent to our backend so the lookup can be performed.
• A short-lived Flask session token if your browser holds one for cross-request form protection. It is not used for tracking, advertising, or building a profile.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, payment information, or any other identifier through the demo.

Why we collect it

• Access logs: security review, abuse detection, debugging.
• APN / county queries: to run the parcel lookup you asked for and cache the resulting dossier so a repeated query is fast.
• Session token: standard cross-request safety; not used for tracking.

We do not use any of this for marketing profiling, sell to data brokers, share with advertisers, or run advertising of any kind.

Third parties

The site uses a single category of third party for handling your data:

• Our VPS host — the public-facing edge of the site runs on a virtual server we rent. The host has operational access to the underlying hardware but does not process your data for any purpose other than hosting. The web edge is shielded behind a private Tailscale network so our backend appliance is not exposed to the public internet.

When you trigger a live parcel lookup, your APN and county are used to query public-records sources (county GIS portals, FEMA, USGS, and similar). These are public-information sources you are choosing to query through us; we do not transmit any personal identifier to them, only the parcel parameters you provided.

The static marketing pages do not contact any third party. The HTTP Content-Security-Policy is set to block external scripts, fonts, and trackers by default.

Where your data goes

Static pages are served from our VPS edge. When you use the demo, queries are forwarded over a private Tailscale network to a Raspberry Pi appliance on hardware we own. The dossier you receive — and the cached copy we keep so subsequent identical queries are fast — lives on that appliance. We do not replicate any of this to a third-party analytics platform, CRM, marketing tool, or data warehouse.

Retention and deletion

• Web access logs rotate automatically and roll out of retention as new logs arrive — roughly 500 MB of recent traffic kept at any given time.
• Cached dossiers (the result of an APN lookup) are kept on our appliance without a fixed expiration so repeat lookups stay fast.
• In-flight job state (background lookups in progress) lives only in process memory and is lost on service restart.

If you want a specific APN query or cached dossier deleted, email demo@lydia-solutions.com with the subject "Delete my demo data" and include the APN (and county) you queried. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your rights — California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what categories of personal information we collect about you, the sources, purposes, and any third parties we share it with — all of which are described above.
• Access a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, period — but you can confirm or formally exercise this right at the address below.
• Non-discrimination — exercising any of the above will not change the demo available to you.

To exercise any of these rights, email demo@lydia-solutions.com with "California privacy request" in the subject line. Because we do not collect identifying information through the demo, verifying a request will usually require you to tell us the IP address you used or the specific queries you submitted.

Your rights — Nevada residents (SB 220)

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make any sale of covered personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information today. To formally record an opt-out, email demo@lydia-solutions.com with "Nevada do-not-sell request" in the subject line.

Security

• All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS.
• The demo backend is not exposed to the public internet; the web edge reaches it only over a private Tailscale network with key-based authentication.
• No third-party analytics, session-replay, or tracking tools are deployed.
• The site's Content-Security-Policy blocks external scripts and trackers by default.

No security posture is absolute. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to demo@lydia-solutions.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is not directed at and not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes — for example, adding an email-gated tier or introducing a third-party processor — will also be noted in a visible banner on the demo page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
