Payment Policy
- No deposit, no start date. All work requires payment before work begins.
- Retainer: Due 1st of month. Overage invoiced at month-end.
- Per-project: 100% due upfront before work begins.
- Hourly (misc): $300 minimum deposit. 2-hour minimum.
- Late payments: 1.5%/month.
- Payment: ACH, wire, or check. Zelle accepted for deposits under $1,000.
- Deliverables: .dwg compatible with CAD software 2024+.
